Our services begin for any Timeshare Association with a review by our attorneys of the underlying timeshare plan or condominium documents to confirm that the use of the non-judicial foreclosure process is not prohibited. Our staff ensures that the required notice of appointment of trustee is prepared, executed and filed prior to initiating any foreclosure and confirms that the initial disclosure to the Association’s members advising them that the Association has the right to use the non-judicial process has been properly provided. We provide an in-house preliminary title search once we have received a delinquency list to determine the proper owners to join in the non-judicial process. Our attorneys are available to assist in preparing the required Claim of Lien.
